1. The participants/applicants confirm with the rules & regulations mentioned in the link Onam 2021– Program Rules
2. The participants/applicants agree that the decision of the Onam program committee will be final and binding.
3. GAMA or GAMA Board of Directors are not responsible for the injury caused to the participants, parents or legal guardians during the Onam 2021 program at the venue. The individual submitting this registration form is fully responsible for all the liabilities for the injuries caused to the participants, the accompanying people, loss of goods and damages to the properties or parts of the venue caused by the participants or the accompanying people at the venue.
4. The participants/applicants agree for their photo(s) and/or video(s) of the performance to be posted by GAMA on social network/media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Website/YouTube/Newsletter).
5. The participants/applicants agree that it is illegal to stream, broadcast or publish GAMA related content/materials on TV channels/Internet/any other media for profit without the written consent from GAMA board and will abide by it.
