1. Participants/applicants agree to follow the rules & regulations mentioned in the link SaReGAMA 2018 – Program Rules
2. Participants/applicants agree that the decision of the judges will be final and binding and cannot be challenged by the participants, legal guardians or parents.
3. GAMA or GAMA Board of Directors are not responsible for the injury caused to the participants, parents or legal guardians during the SaReGAMA program at the venue.4.
Participants/applicants agree for their photo(s) and/or video(s) of the performance to be posted by GAMA on social network/media(Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Website/YouTube/Newsletter).
5. Participants/applicants agree that it is illegal to stream, broadcast or publish GAMA related content/materials on TV channels/Internet/any other media for profit without the written consent from GAMA board and will abide to it.6. Participants/applicants agree that they will be responsible for ensuring that they do not cause any loss or damages to goods or properties or parts of the venue. Participants/applicants will be fully liable for any injuries caused to themselves or the accompanying people, any loss and damages to goods or properties or parts of the venue caused by the participants/applicants or accompanying people.
7. By subscribing to mobile alerts/reminders, the participants/applicants understand and agree that GAMA provides important alerts/reminders related to SaReGAMA 2018 event. While there is no direct cost imposed by GAMA to utilize this service (including text notification deliveries), standard data fees and text messaging rates may apply based on your plan with your mobile phone carrier. As mobile access and text message delivery are subject to your mobile carrier network availability, such access and delivery is not guaranteed.
