Badminton Men’s Doubles

WAIVER (must be signed by all participants) By clicking “I Agree” , I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the GAMA Badminton Tournament held by the Greater Austin Malayalee Association at the Austin Badminton Academy (ABA), located at 1974 Steam Way, Suite 102, Round Rock, TX 78665. In consideration of being allowed to participate in this tournament, I agree to the following: I acknowledge and understand that badminton is a physical sport with inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation. I release and discharge GAMA, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries resulting from my participation in the GAMA Badminton Tournament. This includes but is not limited to, any claims arising from the negligence or fault of the released parties. I authorize GAMA and its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment on my behalf in the event of an injury or medical emergency during the tournament. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. I grant GAMA permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the GAMA Badminton Tournament for promotional or marketing purposes. I agree to comply with all the rules, regulations, and instructions GAMA and its officials provided during the tournament. I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and release of liability. By submitting my registration for the GAMA Badminton Tournament, I acknowledge that I am giving up certain legal rights and remedies.
